@matrix I need to get the supplementary materials as well, there were web comics made, and there was an online video game whose story was considered canon. The game is dead now but someone must have written about the story.
@shebang @matrix many of the things in the movie are very obvious, like The One being named "Anderson" (son of Man) being a messiah figure. There aren't any obvious trans allusions, doesn't mean they don't exist or weren't cut from the final production, but if they do exist they are far, far more subtle.
