@matrix I just wanna say I got it to work really well using Nvidia Inspector to cap fps at 60, and then using this https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/40442/ to easily enable all the multithreading stuff to remove stuttering, no mods needed.

Game still crashes on close for me but everything else is great!
