@matrix I wonder if they said "of certain former presidents" instead of "Donald Trump" so that the bill would not be considered a bill of attainder.

@matrix imagine being a serious politician (lol), and having to go back to your constituents to tell them about all your great accomplishments in DC while they're languishing under the world-wide War Against Important People Dying, and this is it.
