I'm been experimenting with tvp in place of meat this month. It's not 1:1, but it's much easier to store in long term dry storage.

@moth @LoliKing @alex @matrix some of those tvp products taste good, and honestly i like tofu and fake chicken burgers but soy in particular is not something you want to eat more than maybe 1x/ week imo due to the mild estrogenicity of it.

soy is also one of the worst and most common GMOs with the weedkiller resistant strains so it should always be organic.
