@heroinchic @Zennblack > What I worry most about in canned fish is the fact that it's preccessed (and therefore shouldn't I avoid it the same way I avoid processed meat?),
Yep, definitely something to worry about. Not as bad as "Healthy Choice" brand garbage with 30 ingredients that you can't pronounce, though. And if you can get wild caught fish instead, so much the better.
> the fact that it has sunflower oil and salt
Probably not so bad (except for the salt, as almost everyone consumes way too much) but eh, probably best to avoid canned stuff not only because the can lining contain stuff like BPAs (I forget what those are now but I remember it's nasty and leeches into the food) it's more expensive because of the convenience.
> If i can eat canned fish and any seaweed and not worry about long-term health consequences, that improves my "sanity meter" a lot.
It's PROBABLY not a big deal IMO, compared to the much worse stuff out there all over grocery store shelves and (worse) in restaurants.
> they want a serious and responsible male and I'm the farthest thing from it.
Sounds like me as well!
> A lot of them stereotype me as a "nerd" or an "intelleactual" or whatever without even letting me speak first. But those that do let me speak don't respect my careless attitude t/w life
I'm not sure what they see me as, except the "strong, silent type"?
> I think that my ideal woman, my type would be a fashion model - she looks nice, most importantly is thin, and she doesn't "break my brain" with irrelevant stories about her job that I don't care about.
Just be careful as such women are very high-maintenance, extremely insecure with appearance and appearances (hers and any man she's with), and expect (as you say) the millionaire's treatment!
