@RobinWils @EpicKitty @matrix I don't know I've been getting recommended psychology videos of like three youtubers on a unlinked account and it seems off. Like all of them are artificial/superficial in some way. One of them (female) likes to reassure the adiance and put out those half baked feel good videos (makes one fee like some special snowflake). The other loves showing his face and also seems to put out self-help videos with generic advice on charisma. So generic it is not very useful or in any capacity but the title and general format gives off a thin veneer of being practical. The last one, the one that is mentioned here, seems to overanylize things and try to take things that don't exist out of police interrogations (not to say that some behaviors may actually be indicative of certain motive). I'd like to take the advice of that FBI spy detective and say that raising a subjects anxiety and anger is not a viable way to coaxe information out of them and any behaviors traditionally associated with lying in a anxious state is not indicitive of lying. Same with confessions under in the interrogation room especially if the subject is under a highly emotional state after being held for under 48 hours with no social contact.
@INSTALLGENTOO @EpicKitty @matrix I believe that this channel has actually spoken about that last point in some case. About that pushing information out of people can cause false information.

I don't think that it are terrible videos. Besides that eh, it is entertainment, and if people want to know more they should research more than one source.

And yes, true crime stuff is popular. People love drama. It attracts people, anyone who says otherwise is just lying. I am not a fan of starting a group of non-professional people to analyse such stuff though, see the Luka Magnotta case.

Sometimes people also just want to know stuff or see how extreme, extreme can get. This comes from someone who seen some mixtapes, nothing entertaining about those. Avoid such stuff. I am interested in some dark things though. I enjoy some extreme horror movies.
