@matrix Maybe. Where I used to live people killed eachother's dogs pretty often. There were lots of little ugly fights over it.

Yeah, people who kill dogs that hold still enough to be administered drugs sound like psychos to me.
Your random anon is probably not the picture of mental health but I'd expect only a minority would kill a peaceful dog given the chance.

@matrix Because the dogs roam free and some get violent with people. That's usually what happened where I lived, this guy sounds more like a psycho.
