@matrix Maybe. Where I used to live people killed eachother's dogs pretty often. There were lots of little ugly fights over it.

Why do they kill them? Because they are barking too loud or because they killed their chickens?
@matrix Because the dogs roam free and some get violent with people. That's usually what happened where I lived, this guy sounds more like a psycho.
