Specifically, I have a Kekaha phone number. A census-designated place in Hawaii with less than 4k residents.

I switched to a Hawaii phone number after Google Voice refused to take my Puerto Rican phone number giving me the error they "only accept US phone numbers" (to this day same issue but they've never been cancelled because they tweeted '#blm' or something).
