i guess gameliberty's network is slow right now
@wowaname I think it might be Minio causing the slowdown. They deprecated caching, so it's currently running everything just from the block storage.
@matrix do you have the resources to set up a caching reverse proxy in front of mastodon or something
@wowaname Yes I do, but network on this vps seems fine yet it takes quite a long time to upload stuff too so that's why I assume the bottleneck is Minio
@matrix dunno your caching config but i used this for pl.wowana.me because the default config will re-request the original source every time it's fetched, if it doesn't exist in cache, which strains the backend even more
