I misread, it was 1/60 
Now it's at 1/10 after 2 and half hours

@matrix what DB? What kind of HDD? How many? What configuration?

@sjw I'm shrinking the Synapse DB and I had to move it from the SSD to the HDD because it doesn't have space for the temporary files.
