@matrix Has it actually been proven that diversity is good? I mean, we could always put some idiots on the rocket team full of smart people so idiots don't feel left out. But will the missile fly or blow up?

I'm not sure. My view is that it depends, but I don't have any data to back that up. But I believe that they don't have them either and the push is either naive idiocy or cynical push for power or both.
