Why the fuck doesn't APT see the new version from the Gitlab repo? I even have it fucking pinned. 
Ohhh, right. They don't have Raspbian Bullseye release, only Debian. Should work though.

The Debian deb doesn't create the folder it expects but once you make it manually it works fine.
