Tuna is better

@animeirl @matrix fish n chips is primarily made w whitefish like cod and haddock because redfish like tuna doesnt fry as well

I’ve had great tuna fish and chips though

never liked fried salmon but ive only ever had fried tuna steaks and those didnt fry in a way that suggested theyd be good for fish and chips
