@matrix it doesn't properly handle the HDR so it's super blown out

@matrix if I understand the way HLG works correctly all that's needed is a little metadata in the container to fix that.
Unlike HDR10 and Dolby Vision, HLG is much easier to work with. It just needs to tell ffmpeg to copy/convert a few metadata fields.
