@matrix sometimes it's still worth buying a cert, or it was until they changed the rules. they used to last for up to three years. I would still buy them because it was easier than running letsencrypt on a network appliance like synology
@matrix @Moon No one will issue a cert that will last for more than a 1 year now. Some places will advertise "3 year ssl certs", but they're just 1 year certs with 2 free renewals.
