I could make a GBA game and give it to a publisher to publish, that is a possible thing I could do. But it would probably take more than a year to see any money and dealing with a publisher means you have to follow their rules.

@matrix there are people that do it themselves yeah, like they contact china via alibaba to get carts manufactured, the boxes, etc.
