That forecast is wrong because it's assuming current systems running at ever increasing volume (specially food aid).
When the aid to Africa stops, they'll go back to their natural state and size, it can't sustain the current population. It has already started with the tribal wars.

Damn...true. That's such a depressing prospect. South africa is awful shit, despite being good in Africa's standards.
