@rikkatakarada@gear oh i meant something like this. we didn't use pasta hooks. the pasta went in the fridge on a tray covered with parchment paper covered with some cornmeal to use days later.
@colonelj@rikkatakarada@gear I think I’m going to make some ravioli this weekend, I haven’t done that in a while. I’ll have to think about the filling though, maybe prosciutto with mushrooms or spinach?
Are you going for vegan ravioli? Because if so, that’s out of my expertise. If it was up for me, I probably would’ve done an Italian or a pseudo Chorizo type of stuffing for it.
