My favorite dinner when I was single was a kilo of Raviloi, a six pack of beer, and some John Woo movies.
I'm actually a pretty good cook, but left to my own devices, I'd just buy a case of 1 pound tubes of hamburger, a big bag of egg noodles (to mix with the burger so I got *some* starch), onions, bell peppers and V8.
