you want to stop that steal? make a business plan, refile your TD1 with the employer as exempt .. due to business offsets (costs for setting it up in first few years is the what-if to run on the spreadsheet) .. if there is a problem, it's theirs. keep your money from earnings but spend the whatever would have been taken .. bonus if you can encompass it in your favorite hobby and count business travel as a cost .. cheers..
