@a Let's be honest, while there are great users there, it's also a good source of "hate speech", both real and imagined.
@realcaseyrollins Yeah I would say most of the people I meet here are fine, but every once in a while you come across someone with a swastika as a profile pic or sharing an overtly racist meme, it is a problem that this instance has and there's no good way to fix it without banning users, which goes against the free speech principles of the instance.
@haxonek If you look hard you can find a lot, esp. those with a ton of followers.
@realcaseyrollins I suppose I should add antisemitism is particularly bad, although if I’m honest I’ve muted a lot of people so I just don’t see that type of stuff much anymore. I’d believe it if there are some dark parts of Gab though
