Invariably these chats end up being used to exchange private information and often people get carried away and say self incriminating things. You do not want to do that on a fed honey trap.

2. Gleasonator actually runs a modded version of #Gab by @alex called #SoapBox, although I believe he's working with #Gab now to get his bug fixes implemented in the #Gab code, as well as developing something called "HYDRA".

@aefirestone It's fun! I doesn't feel quite like #Gab as far as user base (it's actually kinda empty tbh), but the software runs well, and I think it probably federates with more instances than #Gab! Some #fediverse instances and technologies block #gameliberty but that's predictable with a free speech instance.
