Neurological stuff; physical/mental health (~)

I haven't been officially diagnosed with ADHD, so I don't know if it's "okay" for me to say I have it...but boy would it explain a lot.

Had a pretty rough night hyperfocusing on something ultimately unimportant until it made me sick. It's so hard to stop myself.

Not only can I get so hyperfocused on something that isn't really important that it prevents me from doing other stuff--if the thing I'm hyperfocused on is a problem I can't solve, I end up making myself sick over it.

I really like this person's comics. Talking to her about my own experiences was probably the first time I thought that maybe what I have counts as ADHD.

Okay, this comic made me cry with how relatable it was for me.

(pages 1 and 2 of 5)

The fourth page is especially relatable to me. Feeling like I'm struggling to hold onto everything in my head, and that if something new comes along I'll forget it, and then get that stress of "oh no I forgot something important what was it how long do I have left to handle it?"

@Lexi For me I've figured out that writing down or typing out thoughts I plan on remembering, and punching dates I need to remember, really helps alleviate this stress, as I won't lose the idea or forget the event, especially if it's in digital form and I can easily search for it.
