Why aren't Content-creators aloud to say "Corononavirus" or "COVID-19" on YouTube in risk of demonetization. But the big corporations can. 😑 That's so stupid. #freespeech

@aefirestone It's been said for awhile that is the new TV. People still don't fully understand how dangerous that is.

@aefirestone TV nearly always has been (and always will be) locked down and restricted, just like radio. TV is going in that direction.

Can't stray too far off-message from the corporate overlords!

@realcaseyrollins Correct, even people on Fox News can't say stuff in risk of suspension or being fired for telling the real truth, that's why they talk about the same damn subject over and over again 🌀 🔄 🤤 while there's other stuff going on that they don't even cover. Jeanine Pirro was suspended for calling out on Muslims. (That moment was awesome) But he Gatekeepers didn't like that. This is why I don't watch any cable news anymore, it's irrelevant to me.

@aefirestone I do appreciate things like . It's got slightly similar vibes (from the opinion side only, haven't found a solid straight news show on it yet), but I feel like the hosts have more independence. Esp. those that joined after its launch, like the folks

@realcaseyrollins I used to watch the Blaze but not anymore (not a fan of Beck) if feels more opinion than news, Newsmax is okay, OAN is decent. I mostly watch independent content creators for relevant news and most importantly read the comments. I mostly watch Tim Pool, Sargon, and dozens of others that are relevant. I like seeing all sides of the argument and compare them if you know what I mean. Dissenter.com was a GREAT hub until Torba killed it.

@aefirestone For the amount of time I have, works for me. I'm not a big Beck fan, I got it for , , , and live election coverage.

I used to watch , but they were super inconsistent, they kept making shows I liked and pulling them, and airing these historical documentaries I don't care much for. I looked at the clips from , tho, and they seem to be upping their game.

@aefirestone from what I've seen, is good, but not worth money for me yet (it's basically $5/mo at its cheapest, right?)

I might change my time closer to election season tho, and keep it if I like it.

@realcaseyrollins @aefirestone if ypu get the haystack news app, they've got a lot of OANN clips on there for free (the app has ads though, not too bad, but still there)

@realcaseyrollins The price sounds about right. Yeah, I don't care much for Newsmax's history documentaries. I miss watching my girl Soph, but since they banned her from YT she's on Censorship TV, which requires a subscription. $$$ Before the internet I used to listen to NPR (related to PBS) claiming they were "non biased." They mostly kept there opinions to themselves and they were decent but after Trump won they got totally crazy! When Trump did the Muslim ban, one host was going crazy and aggressive with the tone of his voice, acting like he wanted to punch the microphone or something. That's when I quit listening to them, they've gotten worse and stupid ever since.
