In some ways, it would have been good to learn how to teach children before homeschooling. But that is a bit hard to do.

@realcaseyrollins Maybe. Although I imagine it would cost money I don't have. But I do want to look around at resources.
@sim IDK if you are religious (if so, not all of these will be appealing) but some commonly used curriculum in the homeschool community is Abeka, Math U See, Teaching Textbooks, and Sonlight.
There's also the HSLDA, which helps people make sure they can homeschool legally.
@realcaseyrollins I'm not religious, no. Although I would worry about certain ideology creeping into the material like it did in my education which was public. Should probably note that I'm in the UK.
