Interview with the man with a bow and arrow who was attacked by a mob. Apparently, they attacked him for saying "All Lives Matter". Apparently he was there to defend people but got beat up before he could do anything.
@Ox Well he certainly was a fool for thinking a bow and arrow would be effective against a mob 😂
While I admit he shouldn't have been shouting, he was being attacked by a mob. Seemed to me he was defending himself. He would've gotten rushed whether he fired his weapon or not.
@Ox I admire their bravery tho, if that's really what they're trying to do.
#AbelRivera was doing something similar last night.
I dont think anyone is going to disagree this guy was a moron. If you shot at an angry mob with a bow and arrow your ass is going down... But he does have the moral high ground all the same considering he was under attack for some time before defending himself.
@kino Most footage I've seen of the mob beating people up has been far worse. He was treated with charity in comparison.
@kino This guy?

Wish I knew if he was still alive but I don't know his name, so I can't confirm that.
@kino Just found this footage, last night #StevenCrowder got an exclusive interview with the guy who filmed the beating.
@ililiiiililiilillil
the ting go SKRRRAH
@Cyph @kino
@realcaseyrollins I saw the video, the man was innocent as far as I'm concerned. He only fired once someone rush to attack him, and had clearly been under attack for some time before arming himself.
@realcaseyrollins While I do think this guy has the moral high ground after watching the video, what he is saying in this video seems highly sketchy. I think he is so emotonal right now after being attacked he is saying anything he can to look like the good guy.
With that said he was the good guy, so he shouldnt need to, but I really dont suspect he is being entierly factual here either.
@freemo In the original tweet I got this from, they claim that the people who attacked him were white and he was lying about them being black. Can't remember if this is true or not.
@realcaseyrollins the video i saw only shows the aftermath, the original people who attacked him werent caught on tape.
So I suppose that is possible.
But I am hearing a LOT of bullshit atrying to make everything about blaming whites.. I personally have no wish for it to be a racial issue at all. to me this is about police brutality against citizens and the hate should be directed at a broken system. But people have made this about a "white people are evil" scenario.
The result of that is that even though in allt he videos of looting and everything we see it is 90% black (largely due to this taking place in the inner city and those being the people most emotionally effected).. every is trying to rewrite that as some bullship about it only being white people who are being violent... We all saw the videos of looters across the nation and its easy to see its mostly black like i said.
So yea when people say "they were white" .. well its possible but show me proof because that seems to be the lie of the die and contrary to all the evidence. Dont get me wrong some, many are absolutely white, but not a disproportionate amount by any means.
The parts I think he was lying about was being part of the protestors or that he was there to protect the protestors. My guess is he explicitly sided with the cops and had a bow on him to protect himself should he be attacked. While I dont agree with him siding with the cops that was his right and ultimately only shot the bow after being physically attacked for some time prior and even then only actually shot the bow once someone rushed him to attack him. As such he was completely justified in his actions.
@PorkCow I have a soft spot in my heart for on-the-ground reporting. Beyond the one incident where the #CNN reporters were arrested (TL;DR they were where they weren't supposed to be, opting instead to play dumb and not move, pretending they didn't know where the officers wanted them to go), I haven't seen much from the #MSM, including #MSNBC and #CNN, that made me upset. On-the-ground reporting is the best reporting, IMHO.
#AriVelshi in particular garnered more respect from me (and I already respected him based on how he treated #KenCuccinelli during an interview), as he's the only news anchor I've seen brave enough to actually go down into the midst of the protests.
