"Hypebeast" is basically a term for streetwear and sportswear brands that come and go like fads, and typically are high-priced and limited edition.
Many people are hypebeasts for clout, but it's super lucrative, if you can get into it. The returns on the limited edition items are incredible (check out stockx and just look at the prices!)
