Question for anybody in law enforcement: what's the legality of using tear gas? Under what circumstances is it legal to more protesters or anyone else from public property?
@pasture Law enforcement? Don't EMTs typically handle that sort of thing?
@realcaseyrollins While tear gas is banned for use in war, it is not similarly banned for use in civilian/police interactions.
@realcaseyrollins It's for legitimate emergencies like dispersing a riot, or making sure the president is able to do his planned photo ops.
