@realcaseyrollins “Get rid of em all” and “replace it with community-led militias” sound like piratically the same to me. Also, something tells me that wouldn’t exactly end “police” brutality, just relocate them to another institution.

I would guess re-instating some of Obama’s policing reforms would be a start (e.g. banning sale of surplus military equipment). Have a special prosecutor’s office for police crimes, from which no former prosecutor can be serve.
