@realcaseyrollins That’s good, any particular reason or are you just feeling good?

@realcaseyrollins Currently I’m doing better but these days due to lack of stimulation and disturbed sleep pattern, I’m very lethargic and down. With my attention issues it’s really difficult for me to get anything done.

@realcaseyrollins It’s kinda my fault for letting things get out of hand, I should be able to overcome my adhd by now, I hope I can maintain my motivation in the days post

@Meeper Well you can't blame yourself for not making as much progress as you'd like. isn't the easier thing in the world to cope with, and some relapses can be expected.

@realcaseyrollins Ah thanks for that, today though quite near the time at which I sleep, I was actually able to exert myself and get things done significantly quicker that I can actually feel it physically in my head; it feels like when you give your muscles a well-need stretch but in the head
