should i try to get the nvidia proprietary drivers to work

@tuxcrafting Oh shit yeah right fedora, geez, that’s like the one distro I don’t really know well. Well the rpm based ones.

My laptop has nvidia but I disabled the intel graphics because (even on Windows,) it prevents gsync from working. That’s easy hah.

On other machines I didn’t have too much trouble getting optimus to go, though. If the battery life won’t be a problem, though, just disabling it is a fair solution. But if you do need it… well its actually not that hard on most distros.

@shebang @tuxcrafting I didn't know people still used it. I think it used to be bigger back in the day but I haven't heard than name in YEARS. Years!
