@realcaseyrollins its not just wells you can only refince if you have 1 million in balance, and not all types off mortages,news is moost oter banks its the same

@11112011 Geez how long will this last? Cuz I only have two years til I'm out of college. My parents are offering to let me continue to live in their house for up to a year but I'm not particularly relishing that prospect.
