I'm curious as to what would happen if police is defunded and the rich get private security, but so do the gangs

@realcaseyrollins Isn’t that already happening though? Politicians hire muscle before doing publicity stunts at riots and protests. And the gangs have their private security, whether it be internal or support from JBGC/NFAC/etc.
Wait a minute you know #WatchDogsLegion? The big thing in the story mode is that the police has been replaced by private security, #Albion. The CEO is corrupt and militarizes his armed forces however he sees fit.
Yet...nobody is talking about this. #DefundThePolice? Look at what that did to #WatchDogs' version of #London.
