@realcaseyrollins We can't speak as someone with ADHD, but keeping a digital notepad with a #toDoList, can be great for refocusing attention to new and existing #tasks. Add new things to the bottom of the list and pop things off the top.
If you need to do something first, some supportive duty, add it to the top of the list, of course.
You can maintain multiple lists for multiple aspects of your life.
You may end up with intensely complex #lists, but it'll work and #refocus you quickly.
