The US constitution is meaningless. It doesn't matter how many amendments there are or how many checks and balances are put into place. The government will always find a way to violate it.

Classical Liberals, Constitutionalists, and Minarchists have it wrong. There will never be a strict enforcement of the US constitution or a "limited" government. The United States is literally proof that a limited government is not possible.
