@AtlasFreeman@liberdon.com No need for infrastructure like ISPs, DNS servers, etc so it's decentralized by its very nature, but the FCC still requires you to have a license to use it even though it's a two-way communication unlike AM or FM. You also need to give any encryption keys to the government if you are sending any encrypted packets.
