They want you to think they drove Gab off the Fediverse, not anime fans posting gay Astolfo pics at them until they defederated.
@Moon tons of information has been written about imageboard history (https://github.com/bibanon/bibanon/wiki/History) but i don't see anyone chronicling the history of fedi in one comprehensive resource. it would be nice to know the beginnings of fedi, from the beginnings (i couldn't find anything other than https://social.umeahackerspace.se/notice/523419) to all the shenanigans and happenings until now.

@cell @Moon You can start off with this (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fediverse#History), but even thought the Fediverse has been around for a little more than a decade, I still think it is still in it's infancy, so we may need to wait awhile before someone documents it's history.
