@nerdman @tk I tried it and immediately saw that it required your real name and I was like, fuck that. I don't need a second facebook. I would have accepted one that would have been ok with usernames tho'
Hell, as far as I know, facebook is semi-ok with usernames, plenty of weebs have Japanese characters names, I see this shit all the times. But Google manually curated the usernames and it was lame as fuck

Honestly, the facebook pages functions is the best damn thing on the site. You can get good curated content from one or multiple admin. You can literally get a wall of content like those various meme websites (hugelol and co), but posted by a few trusted people, so you can basically get a very personalized feed with some really good stuff
Having the same thing but with username would have been amazing honestly. But Google killed everyone's interests
