Let us be realistic here:

Even if the outlandish stories are proved false, the mass imprisonment of Jews by Nazis and execution by partisans cannot be undone.

The Holocaust happened... the gas chambers and ovens were myths, as far as I can tell, but the slavery and mass death (probably from disease, like in English concentration camps) were real.

The bigger question is whether diversity in any form can work. Doesn't look like it.

What makes you think it cannot work?

@icedquinn @amerika @verita84 Well in any case, the success of the #USA and its melted pot, and its subsequent decline, has shown that racial diversity, while paired with both a common base set of values as well as tolerance of ideological diversity and mutual respect among the majority of people groups, is a winning recipe for a diverse community.

Although of course other communities mirror this too, such as the #Christian community, albeit decreasingly so

@realcaseyrollins @icedquinn @amerika @verita84 Can you really get a common base set of values beyond a certain breaking point of ethnic diversity? Political values are heritable like everything else, after all.
@ArdanianRight @realcaseyrollins @amerika @icedquinn @verita84 If the US was still strongly and authentically Christian across its different racial groups, and American nationalism was still a strong uniting force, I could see racial Diversity kinda working out. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case, and the new civic religion (promoted by the media, corporations and academia) that's replacing Christianity and nationalism is this disgusting Social Justice ideology that actively encourages nonwhite resent of and hatred towards White people.

@ChristiJunior @icedquinn @realcaseyrollins @ArdanianRight @amerika @verita84 Well, Christianity itself is already divided. It's even divided racially (at least here in the US). Blacks tend to be Baptist, Hispanics/Latinos tend to be Catholic, etc.

The decline of Christianity seems to stem from the destruction of the family unit really. The lack of family honor in the modern western world means that children don't share the same traditions and values as their parents, so they are less likely to go to church or practice their religion if their parents had. The bible also has talked about how people should honor their parents even during adulthood which is incompatible with the individualist values of modern western culture.

The destruction of the family unit has also led to the rise of feminism (remember the second wave feminists were called the "me generation") and LGBT which is generally incompatible with Christian values. This has led many to embrace atheism and agnosticism. Now, practicing Christians, even in the more moderate forms, are generally painted as bigots who can't get with the times.

>The decline of Christianity seems to stem from the destruction of the family unit really. Actually it’s because of science.

@ChristiJunior @icedquinn @realcaseyrollins @ArdanianRight @amerika @verita84

@snow @xianc78 @ArdanianRight @ChristiJunior @amerika @icedquinn @verita84 Well, “science”

See we all decided that since we have scientists, we’re officially too good for God. So, we killed Him. Now that God is dead, so is the reason for the #Christian principles that the #USA was built on, thus the society is falling apart.

Like it or not, the #USA will in fact die a slow, painful death if it does not return to God, or at least acknowledge His existence.

@realcaseyrollins

You can not have both the benefit of science and the benefit of believe “god create the world 6000 years ago.” Deal with it.
