Depends. I can some fedi software using it and they could go after any instance using their software for "hate speech". It's probably easier to go after businesses/organizations using these programs since you have clients, customers, and employees who can catch you using them and snitch on you.
@xianc78 @einziggurat These licenses shouldn't get OSI certification for the same reason that one json library with the "don't use this for evil" clause couldn't be certified. You shouldn't dictate arbitrary moralistic bullshit in a software license.
@djsumdog @einziggurat They said that they don't want OSI or FSF certification. They want to be a separate movement. The person behind it said that freedom 0 is bullshit.
I've seen people stressing about these, there's just no way they can be enforced and they operate on Tumblr list rules, which are "be endless and contain many pointless distinctions".
