There's this news going around about this guy, ZeniMax Founder Robert A. Altman, has recently died. I look it up and ... The wikipedia page is pretty empty, he's just the CEO of the holder company that holds a bunch of gaming companies. I could understand such news and mourning about Todd Howard, but this guy is literally the faceless CEO behind the CEO
So, I'm like, who is this, and why should I care about it and people are acting like I've just kicked their dogs, yet most of them probably never even heard of the guy before yesterday

@coolboymew Supposedly, ZeniMax blocked anyone besides their own staff from posting condolences on Twitter. I guess it was to prevent people from posting anti-semetic comments. Especially given his BCCI trial.

People tried to makeme see "his importance", by posting the Microsoft CEO's tweet, and Jason Shcrier(sp)'s tweet and I'm like, these are just industries platitudes and nothing else, I'm not impressed. Posted the tweets of some ex-employee too but It's like, none of us were employed there, who cares?
