on the rich having smarter kids: evil is dumb. Evil can't understand how other people living their own lives can benefit it. Evil easily misses that committing violence raises risk, as it frees other people to act in ways they'd normally avoid. Evil more easily loses perspective when angered or fearful. And so on. Evil rich people making their kids smarter might not get the improved evil they're looking for.
