@manarock That’s weird. Ever since I got the jab I’ve felt like COVID is over. I do all those things now.

@alex @manarock i felt like all those things were over when they had treatments and prophalactics that big tech started doubling over themselves to censor. :comfyshrug:

@icedquinn @alex @manarock big tech and really big pharma. They had a lot of money invested in keeping everything locked down until they could get their new drugs out.

Honestly after reading a lot of the actual papers/studies, I doubt any of these vaccines (they’re not vaccines, they’re new drugs) have an efficacy rate over random fucking chance. Keep in mind the Hepatitis B vaccine requires 3 shots in 3 months and only has a 60% efficacy rate. All vaccines area different.

@icedquinn @alex @manarock True; although one of those is a viral vector transport; which hasn’t been used for inactivated virus delivery before, right?

@djsumdog @icedquinn @alex @manarock It's used in some Ebola vaccines, but it's still experimental. Novavax is the closest to a traditional vaccine. It uses moth cells modified with the spike protein instead of using your own and this technique is previously used in FluBlock (those nasal flu vaccines).
