@thor @Jdogg247 Stop thinking in terms of constitutional allotments and start thinking in terms of philosophical stances. The concept of free speech does not begin or end at the American constitution's first amendment. Rather, it's the other way around.

That being said, they don't care about ideological consistency. Articles like this are just there to establish grounds to deplatform on some level. Odysee's probably going to see something happen to it further upstream, such as hosting, DNS, etc, and this article will be listed as a reason why. Honestly, it wouldn't shock me if they already had their eye on doing it and were just leaking this "scoop" to a friendly journalist.
