Mozilla VPN ?! Has anyone tried it yet ?
@Nesakko The only VPN I'd remotely trust is the one I setup on a hosted VM or dedicated server myself. The provider could still be monitoring my traffic, but they have less incentive to do so.
@djsumdog@djsumdog.com I don't use any VPN at all, I'm using Tor when I need, but I think the same as you say on this side. It's just that I'm wondering about the new Mozilla VPN, I'm mostly curious ^^
@Nesakko I think the Mozilla VPN has been around for a while. I feel like I heard about it a while back. I'm kinda miffed about the entire direction Mozilla has gone in over the past few years (especially around telemetry, political activism, etc.) But I still use Firefox because I don't want to see a monoculture in browser engines and fuck Google. 🤷♂️
