@ArdanianRight @Shadowman311 @jeremiah Capitalism by itself is insane. In pure capitalism you can buy and sell people, buy and sell human organs and families have the rights to sell their children into child labour or as child prostitutes.

It took two centuries and some change to add in regulation around capitalism in an attempt to make it fair. Some of it was good, some terrible, and some directly used by bad actors to kill competition. But overall, it's way better than it use to be, and it needs to be made better.

People who want to tear it all down and start over don't understand the decades of bloodshed and human rights violations that will occur, and there's no guarantee you won't end up with an autocracy at the end (like the CCP).

That's not to say Communism is an answer. Despite all attempts at putting in rules and regulations, it's always lead to fascistic States 100% of the time. Capitalism may require regulation to prevent another Thalidomide (and if our governments aren't totally corrurpt, at least some nations will hopefully impose major reforms against this new family of "vaccines" that are hurting more people than they're helping), but at least when you have a nation with freedom of speech/press; those types of reforms are at least possible.
