Gaelic Ireland, Icelandic Commonwealth, parts of Ancient China, The American Old West. What do you think people were doing in the early agricultural societies, long before the idea of a centralized state was thought of? They were voluntarily trading crops and other goods all without a central authority.
We can return to this system. Donate to the Seasteading Institute and we can have voluntary societies right on the ocean.
