@lanodan @xianc78 At the end of the day, a corporation is an organization that consists of a group of people. There needs to be a lot more credit given to people than to corporations. Without people, the corporation is not existent.

When I think about the whole labor shortage situation with some lower-paying places and such here, I'm like low wages and shitty working conditions don't really motivate people to work better. And if you don't give your workers a real motivation to work for you, you're justifying why your business should be dead.
