@Senpai-kun @xianc78 The Japanese are incredibly centralized, but also you're right, they're not very "tightly governed." Interesting.
I won't deny that whites require significantly less governance than the other races of the world, with the possible exception of the Japanese. However, even in the absence of an official government, we tend to form our own proto-governments with the right to establish laws and enforce adherence to them. This is not anarchical behavior, it's just civilized.
